The important argument against the proposed Constitution was that it did not guarantee the basic rights. So option "A" is the correct option.The proposed Constitution had the maximum powers given to the central government. This would allow the central government to prosecute a state or individual without any hindrance. This would have been very unfair towards the state or the individual. People would not have the right to oppose government policies because of the fear of prosecution by the central government. This was the main argument against the proposed Constitution.
